Rec league team standings shall be reviewed for each division (American & National) for each age group. The Head Coach of the rec team in 1st place at the “All-Star Break” shall be determined for each for each division. This coach shall be given first opportunity to serve as the All-Star Head Coach for his division. Should the coach pass on the nomination, the 2nd place Head Coach will be given the opportunity. This process shall continue until a Head Coach is established for each division in each age group.

2.       The All-Star Head Coach shall then select two (2) Assistant Coaches from his Division.

1.       At the “All-Star Break”, coaches will be asked (via email) to nominate up to three (3) players from their rec team to be considered for All-Stars. This list will be compiled and shared with All-Star Coaches.

2.       All-Star Coaches shall then select their All-Star team based on the nominated players and players within their division. All-Star Coaches are encouraged to collaborate with other rec league coaches and attend rec league games to evaluate players in their division. All-Star Coaches may select players within their division who were not nominated for All-Stars.

4.       Prior to the end of the regular season, All-Star teams may practice but they should not participate in tournaments.
